Placing an order means you agree that all the information given is complete and accurate. You will receive a confirmation email confirming the receipt of your order and an Order ID: this email is only a confirmation of your order and will not constitute the acceptance of your order. When placing an order, you make us an offer to purchase the selected products. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and will refund any amount already paid to us. We will make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation.

If you are a company you can purchase on our online store without VAT. This applies for EU countries and non EU countries. You just need to register as a company and provide your VAT number. Please include the 2 letters that identify your country (e.g.: PT501797726) Please note: It is not possible to send VAT-free orders to a country that is different from the one you registered with. eg.: A customer registers as a company in France and provides a delivery address in Portugal. It is not possible to supply orders in this situation.

All prices on our website are the correct prices. We will only charge your credit card at the moment of purchase. If you pre-order an item your credit card will only be charged at the point of shipping the items to you. If a pricing error does occur we will inform you immediately. We are not under obligation to supply an order if a product price is found to be incorrect. In the event of an incorrect price, we will cancel your order and you will be informed by e-mail. Any amounts already paid will be refunded.

We put a lot of work describing the products and providing images. For some products images are just representative. Some products have identical exterior design but different characteristics. If you detect any error or bad description please let us know. Also, if you purchased a product based on a bad reference please inform us and we will replace it or issue a refund.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions whenever we feel necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website.
