At C4A we want to provide an easy Returns service. If there are issues with an item you may return it and, as long as the item isn't fitted, used and the original packaging is in perfect condition we will receive it back for a refund. According to the E.U. legislation regarding distant contracts, after receiving your item you have 14 days to return it. After this 14 days period a 20% restock charge may apply. Please contact us before returning any items.
• Items damaged during transport. When you are accepting the parcel please inspect it. If you do find damages on it please report it immediately to the logistics provider
• Items that do not match your order
• Defective items
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items on “special offer”
• Misused items (eg.: a 24v coil feeded with 230v)
• Items with damaged original packages
• Items without original package
• Items with broken seals
• Damaged, open, manipulated bags, (eg.: anti-static bags, moisture sensitive equipment in sealed bags)
• Items with signs of wear
• Soiled items
• Lighting bulbs (each case will be subject to our appreciation, please submit us yours)
• Special requests (eg.: custom switches)
ADDITIONAL AND IMPORTANT NOTES
If you made a mistake or just changed your mind you can also return your item as long as you follow the procedures listed above.
A 20% restocking charge may apply.
Defective items will be tested before we send them back to the manufacturers for warranty.
We recommend that returned items should be sent in registered mail with a tracking number.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Put your unused item for return back in its original packaging.
2. Fill in the Returns Form and include it with the item you are returning.
3. Post the item back to C4A (the postal address is on the top of the returns form).
4. We will contact you if there are any issues.
• Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached. Items which have been taped or have other retail labels attached directly to the original packaging will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 48hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. Return shipping costs are non-refundable
If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund the postage costs.
